Land use assessment; extension of deadline. Authorizes localities to provide further extension for filing land use assessments. Localities are allowed to provide a 60-day extension upon payment of a late filing fee. The bill would allow such localities to provide an additional 30-day extension upon payment of an extension fee. The extension fee may not exceed the amount of such late filing fee.
