SUMMARY AS INTRODUCED:

Line of duty disability. Clarifies that the continued health insurance coverage provided to certain employees disabled in the line of duty, applies to all such employees who are officially determined to be disabled on or after July 1, 2000, regardless of when the proximate cause of their disability occurred.
