SUMMARY AS ENACTED WITH GOVERNOR'S RECOMMENDATION:
Motor fuels tax; definitions. Clarifies the definition of diesel fuel by adding the term "undyed" to the terms "#1 fuel oil" and "#2 fuel oil" and removing the term "kerosene." The bill also clarifies the definition of heating oil by adding the term "dyed" to the terms "#1 fuel oil" and "#2 fuel oil." The changes are effective back to January 1, 2001.
