SUMMARY AS PASSED: (all summaries)

Driver's licenses; licensees less than 18 years old. Provides that it is the date of the violation, not the date of the conviction, that will subject a driver who is less than 18 years old to requirements and restrictions not applicable to drivers who are 18 years old or older.
