SUMMARY AS INTRODUCED:
Absentee voting by certain officers of election. Permits an officer of election to apply for an absentee ballot and vote in person on the Monday before the election if he learned after noon on the Saturday before the election that he has been assigned to work in a precinct other than the precinct where he votes. The usual deadline for in-person absentee voting is three days before the election.
