SUMMARY AS INTRODUCED:
Disposal of drug-related substances. Exempts triple beam scales from the requirement that all seized drugs and drug paraphernalia be destroyed. Such scales are forfeited to the Commonwealth. This bill was incorporated into HB 2074.
