SUMMARY AS INTRODUCED:

Health; restaurant rating. Provides for the development of a system of grading for restaurant health inspections, which grade shall be posted in a conspicuous place within each restaurant. Regulations shall provide for license revocation for establishments that receive a rating considered not acceptable.
