Parking; local vehicle licenses. Adds Scott County to the list of counties authorized to regulate parking within their boundaries.

SUMMARY AS INTRODUCED:

Parking; local vehicle licenses. Adds Scott County to the list of counties authorized to regulate parking within their boundaries. The bill also provides that if parked vehicles do not display required local vehicle licenses, the registered owners of the vehicles will be presumed to be the persons responsible. This latter provision is statewide, and not limited only to Scott County.
