SUMMARY AS INTRODUCED:
Appointment of senior and master state troopers. Provides that, regardless of the current number or percentage of senior or master troopers, (i) a trooper who otherwise meets the requirements of the career progression program and has at least 11 years of satisfactory service shall be promoted to senior trooper, and (ii) a trooper who otherwise meets the requirements of the career progression program and has at least 21 years of satisfactory service shall be promoted to master trooper.
