SUMMARY AS INTRODUCED:
Cause of action for false allegation of unlawful discrimination. Provides that any person who is the subject of a false allegation of unlawful discrimination may, within three years from the date of the false allegation, bring an action in a court of law for compensatory damages and attorney's fees.
