SUMMARY AS PASSED: (all summaries)
Conditional release of geriatric prisoners. Applies geriatric release provisions to persons serving felony sentences for crimes committed before January 1, 1995. Currently it only applies to those committed on or after that date. This bill is identical to SB 1167 (Hanger).
