SUMMARY AS INTRODUCED:
General Assembly; legislative review of regulatory implementation. Requires each standing committee of each house of the General Assembly to meet at the commencement of every regular session in an odd-numbered year to review implementation by state agencies of regulations with subject matter most properly referable to such standing committee.
