Virginia Conservation Land Foundation; expenditure of funds for natural area protection. Removes the requirement that a holder or public body must be in existence and operating in Virginia for more than five years in order to qualify for a matching grant for the protection of a natural area from the Virginia Land Conservation Fund. This bill is identical to SB 1012.
