SUMMARY AS INTRODUCED:

Special license plates; supporters of the Virginia Association of Centers for Independent Living. Authorizes the issuance of "revenue sharing" license plates to supporters of the Virginia Association of Centers for Independent Living. For each set of plates issued (after the first 1,000 sets), $15 will go to the Virginia Association of Centers for Independent Living to be used to cover the costs of its programs and operations. This bill was incorporated into HB 1570.
