SUMMARY AS PASSED: (all summaries)

Persons with disabilities; guide, hearing and service dogs in training. Authorizes persons who are experienced as guide, hearing or service dog trainers and represent an organization that trains and certifies such dogs to be accompanied by dogs on all common carriers and public conveyances or modes of transportation, and in restaurants, hotels, lodging places, places of accommodation, amusement or resort, or other places to which the general public is invited. The dogs must be at least six months of age and must be either in harness, on a blaze orange leash, in a harness or backpack or wearing a jacket identifying the recognized guide, hearing or service dog organization.
