SUMMARY AS INTRODUCED:
Subpoenas duces tecum. Allows attorneys to directly issue subpoenas duces tecum in general district court, instead of issuing the subpoenas through the clerk of the court. This section of the Code of Virginia was one of the Code sections included in Chapter 813 of the 2000 Acts of Assembly, which had a sunset clause. This bill was incorporated into HB 2366.
