SUMMARY AS INTRODUCED:

Special license plates; supporters of the Lynchburg Center for Independent Living. Authorizes the issuance of "revenue sharing" license plates to supporters of the Lynchburg Center for Independent Living. For each set of plates issued (after the first 1,000 sets), $15 will go to the Lynchburg Center for Independent Living to be used to cover the costs of its programs and operations.
