SUMMARY AS INTRODUCED:
Passing a stopped school bus. Provides that in a prosecution for the civil offense (rather than a prosecution of the criminal offense) of passing a stopped school bus, the only way to rebut the presumption that the registered owner was the driver at the time of the offense is to identify to probable driver. Currently, there is not a specific and exclusive way to rebut the presumption.
