SUMMARY AS INTRODUCED:

Local taxes; delinquent taxes list. Adds to the list of taxes for which the local treasurer shall receive a credit the list of real estate on the commissioner's land book improperly placed thereon or not ascertainable, with the amount of taxes charged thereon (subsection 1 of § 58.1-3921).
