RESOLVED by the Senate, the House of Delegates concurring, That the General Assembly confirm the following appointment made by the Senate Committee on Privileges and Elections to the Tobacco Indemnification and Community Revitalization Commission pursuant to § 9-382 of the Code of Virginia:

The Honorable Frank M. Ruff, Jr., P.O. Box 332, Clarksville, Virginia 23927, for an unexpired term, ending June 30, 2003, to succeed Richard J. Holland.
