Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia:

1. § 1. Operation of any [ truck or ] tractor truck/semitrailer combination on U. S. Route 17 in Fauquier County between U. S. Route 50 and Interstate Route 66, except for local deliveries [ to be made within 25 miles of such route ] , is prohibited. Violation of this section shall constitute a traffic infraction punishable as provided in § 46.2-113 of the Code of Virginia.
