Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia:

1. § 1. Operation of any truck or tractor truck/semitrailer combination on U. S. Route 17 in Fauquier County between U. S. Route 50 and Interstate Route 66, except for local deliveries, is prohibited. Violation of this section shall constitute a traffic infraction punishable as provided in § 46.2-113 of the Code of Virginia.
