Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia:

1. That the Code of Virginia is amended by adding a section numbered 7.1-40.2:3 as follows:

§ 7.1-40.2:3. Official bus and trolley museum.

The "Commonwealth Coach and Trolley Museum, Inc.," located in the City of Roanoke, is hereby designated the official bus and trolley museum of the Commonwealth.
