Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia:

1. That the Code of Virginia is amended by adding a section numbered 33.1-200.3 as follows:

§ 33.1-200.3. Department to reimburse certain public service corporations for loss of customer revenue.

The Department shall reimburse any public service corporation for customer revenue loss attributable to the relocation of the corporation's lines required by or carried out in connection with any Department project.
