Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia:

1. That the Code of Virginia is amended by adding a section numbered 46.2-746.18:1 as follows:

§ 46.2-746.18:1. Special license plates; Virginia Wildlife Federation.

On receipt of an application therefor, the Commissioner shall issue special license plates bearing the legend: VIRGINIA WILDLIFE FEDERATION.

2. That § 46.2-746.18 of the Code of Virginia is repealed.
