Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia:

1. § 1 That the Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services shall make available for sale to private applicators, as defined in § 3.1-249.27, the restricted use pesticide Compound DRC-1339. The use of Compound DRC-1339 shall comply with the provisions of the Virginia Pesticide Control Act (§ 3.1-249.27 et seq.).
