Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia:

1. That § 22.1-206 of the Code of Virginia is amended and reenacted as follows:

§ 22.1-206. Instruction concerning drugs, alcohol, and substance abuse.

Instruction concerning drugs and drug abuse, alcohol and alcohol abuse, the illegality of underage drinking, and the dangers of drunk driving shall be provided by the public schools as prescribed by the Board of Education.
