VIRGINIA ACTS OF ASSEMBLY -- CHAPTER An Act to amend the Code of Virginia by adding in Chapter 13.1 of Title 32.1 a section numbered 32.1-353.6, relating to the certified nursing facility education initiative. [H 1852] Approved

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia:

1. That the Code of Virginia is amended by adding in Chapter 13.1 of Title 32.1 a section numbered 32.1-353.6 as follows:

§ 32.1-353.6. Expiration of the certified nursing facility education initiative.

The provisions of this chapter shall expire on July 1, 2003.
