Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia:

1. That the Code of Virginia is amended by adding in Article 10 of Chapter 6 of Title 46.2 a section numbered 46.2-749.49 as follows:

§ 46.2-749.49. Special license plates; Supporters of the positions of the "Million Mom March."

On receipt of an application therefor, the Commissioner shall issue special license plates to supporters of the positions of the Mother's Day, 2000, "Million Mom March" for sensible gun laws and safe children.
