CHAPTER 225 An Act to amend the Code of Virginia by adding a section numbered 54.1-3910.1, relating to enforcement, etc., of costs imposed by the Virginia State Bar Disciplinary Board. [H 2397] Approved March 14, 2001

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia:

1. That the Code of Virginia is amended by adding a section numbered 54.1-3910.1 as follows:

§ 54.1-3910.1. Enforcement, etc., of costs.

Orders of the Disciplinary Board regarding unpaid costs assessed by the Clerk of the Disciplinary System pursuant to Part Six, Section IV, Paragraph 13 (K) (10) of the Rules of the Supreme Court may be recorded, enforced, and satisfied as orders or decrees of a circuit court upon certification of such order by the Disciplinary Board.
