CHAPTER 137 An Act to repeal §§ 5.1-141 and 46.2-2042 of the Code of Virginia, relating to keeping of certain waiting rooms, restrooms, and other public facilities in good and sanitary condition; inspection of such facilities by the State Corporation Commission and the Department of Motor Vehicles; required changes to such facilities. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia:

1. That §§ 5.1-141 and 46.2-2042 of the Code of Virginia are repealed.
