CHAPTER 36 An Act to amend and reenact § 33.1-223.9 of the Code of Virginia, relating to the Virginia Alternative Fuels Revolving Fund. [H 1703] Approved March 2, 2001

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia:

1. That § 33.1-223.9 of the Code of Virginia is amended and reenacted as follows:

§ 33.1-223.9. Liberal construction of article.

The provisions of this chapter article shall be liberally construed. If a provision of this chapter article is in conflict with the provision of any other general, special, or local law, the provision of this chapter article shall be controlling.
