SUMMARY AS INTRODUCED:

Study; low-income energy assistance programs. Directs the Consumer Advisory Board to study all low-income household energy assistance programs in the Commonwealth. The Consumer Advisory Board was established pursuant to the Virginia Electric Utility Restructuring Act. The resolution is a recommendation of the Legislative Transition Task Force.
