Vietnam War “In Memory” plaque. Urges Congress to pass the Vietnam Veterans Recognition Act of 1999, which authorizes a memorial plaque within the current Vietnam Memorial to recognize those veterans who died after their service in Vietnam, but as a direct result of that service.
