Directs the Virginia State Crime Commission to study the use of cameras, monitors, and other appropriate electronic surveillance equipment by school divisions. This resolution describes recent violent events across the nation and notes the use of cameras, monitors, and other appropriate electronic surveillance equipment in other states to keep schools safe and to prevent violence.
