Study; discovery of electronic data. Requests the Office of the Executive Secretary of the Virginia Supreme Court, with assistance from the Joint Commission on Technology and Science, to study and develop a procedural scheme, by statute or by rules of evidence, for discovery of electronic data in civil cases.
