Study; youth suicide prevention plan. Directs the Virginia Commission on Youth, with the assistance of the State Department of Health; the Department of Mental Health, Mental Retardation and Substance Abuse Services; the Department of Education; the Virginia Council on Coordinating Prevention; survivor groups; and other interested individuals, to develop a comprehensive youth suicide prevention plan.
