Exceptional Children’s Week. Designates the week of February 14-18, 2000, and the third week in February in each succeeding year, as Exceptional Children's Week in Virginia, in recognition of the outstanding efforts of educators and organizations to bring the benefits of education to Virginia’s exceptional children.
