Sales and use tax exemption; Roanoke Valley Speech and Hearing Center, Inc. Provides a sales and use tax exemption from July 1, 2000, through June 30, 2001, to a 501 (c) (3) corporation providing medical services to individuals, regardless of economic status, with speech, hearing and language disorders, including such services as, but not limited to, evaluation, diagnosis and treatment.
