Sales and use tax exemption; Spotsylvania Preservation Foundation, Inc. Provides a sales and use tax exemption from July 1, 2000, through June 30, 2001, to a 501 (c) (3) corporation operating for the purpose of preserving, protecting, and promoting awareness of the historic, natural, and cultural resources of a county located in the 16^th Planning District and accomplishing this purpose by donating applicable books to libraries, the placing of historic markers, and providing or arranging historic and cultural tours in such counties. Incorporated in SB 48.
