SUMMARY AS PASSED:

Charter; City of Franklin. Authorizes city council members to serve as commissioners of the Franklin Redevelopment and Housing Authority; however, the number of council members serving on the Authority shall not comprise a majority. City council is given authority to terminate the terms of existing commissioners. City council members shall receive no compensation for serving as commissioners.
