Chesapeake Bay Bridge and Tunnel Commission. Allows members of the Chesapeake Bay Bridge and Tunnel Commission to take their oath of office either before a judge of a court of record (as provided by current law), or before a clerk or deputy clerk of a court of record, a district court judge, the Secretary of the Commonwealth or his deputy, or a member of the State Corporation Commission.
