Child visitation. Provides that whether a parent has unreasonably denied the other parent access to or visitation with the child is a factor to be considered in determining the best interests of the child in custody and visitation matters.

Child visitation. Provides that a parent shall not deny the other parent access to or visitation with the child unless there is a court order limiting or prohibiting such contact and that such conduct is a factor to be considered in determining the best interests of the child in custody and visitation matters.
