Sales and use tax exemption for the Valley Conservation Council, Inc. Provides a sales and use tax exemption from July 1, 2000, through June 30, 2001, to a 501 (c) (3) corporation promoting preservation of the rural and small-town character of the Shenandoah Valley by facilitating natural resource conservation and environmentally sound land use.
