SUMMARY AS INTRODUCED:
Sales and use tax exemption; Rolling Thunder, Inc., VA Chapter One. Provides a sales and use tax exemption for a federally tax exempt nonprofit organization, from July 1, 2000, through June 30, 2001, which is organized (i) to create public awareness regarding prisoners of war and persons missing in military action and (ii) to raise funds for needy persons.
