SUMMARY AS PASSED: (all summaries)

Child support. Provides certain limited exceptions to the presumptive minimum monthly child support amount of $65 for parents unable to pay. This bill is recommended by the Virginia Bar Association Coalition Committee on Family Law Legislation and is based on recommendations made by the Child Support Quadrennial Review Panel.
