SUMMARY AS INTRODUCED:
Riding bicycles on highways; mirrors required. Provides that no person may ride a bicycle on a highway in the Commonwealth if the bicycle is not equipped with a mirror that reflects to the rider a view of the highway for a distance of not less than 200 feet to the rear of such bicycle. This is the same standard applied elsewhere in the Code to rear view mirrors on other vehicles.
