Certificates of analysis. Provides that defense counsel's request for a certificate of analysis must be in writing, clearly state in its heading "Request for Copy of Certificate of Analysis" and be made at least 10 days before trial.

Provides that defense counsel's request for a certificate of analysis must be in writing, clearly state in its heading "Request for Copy of Certificate of Analysis" and be made after the case is filed. Failure of the clerk or attorney of the Commonwealth to comply with a request is grounds for a continuance to be charged against the Commonwealth.
