Civil remedies and procedure; evidence. Eliminates the requirement for the double certification of the authenticity of official records for introduction as evidence. A provision is added to ensure that the elimination of the double certification process does not prohibit compliance with another state's or federal certification process when the document is to be used in that jurisdiction.
