Sales and use tax exemption; Virginia Statewide AHEC Program and community AHEC programs. Provides a sales and use tax exemption from July 1, 2000, through June 30, 2001, to a 501 (c) (3) entity organized to promote careers in health services and to provide access to primary care for medically underserved populations through community-academic partnerships.
